How the schedule works

Ready in days, not weeks

On the standard schedule a new mailbox sends 3 emails on day 1 and 3 more each day after, so it is ready on day 5 (day 4 on Starter). Accelerated starts at 5 and grows by half each day, ready on day 4 (day 3 on Starter).

Then 15 cold a day

While it warms, a mailbox's daily limit covers warm-up and cold together. Once ready, cold sends cap at your plan's limit: 10 on Starter, 15 on Growth and Scale.

Never more than 30 a day

Warm-up and cold together stay at or under 30 per mailbox. Once cold reaches its limit, the rest of the 30 goes to warm-up, which never stops.
