Why warm up

A brand-new mailbox looks a lot like a spammer.

Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo judge every sender by its history. A new mailbox has none, so even a well-written email can go straight to spam. Warming builds that history before your first campaign.

The same email, sent after the mailbox has built a reputation.

How it works

Low and slow, like a good stew.

New inboxes that send a lot on day one get flagged. We build their reputation gradually, then hand them to you when they're ready.

01

Bring your domains

Connect the domains you already have, buy new ones, or pick an aged domain. We set up the mailboxes and DNS records for you.

02

Let them warm up

Each mailbox starts with a few warm-up emails a day and builds up over two weeks. If something bounces, we ease off before it hurts your reputation.

03

Send when they're ready

Once a mailbox is marked ready, start your campaign. Each mailbox can send up to 15 cold emails a day (10 on Starter), and warming keeps running in the background.

What's in the kitchen

Everything between a new domain and a reply.

All features

Warming

Mailboxes trade real-looking emails with a pool of inboxes, ramping up daily volume as their reputation grows.

DNS health

We check SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX on every domain and flag a record the moment it drifts.

List check

Upload a list before you send. We point out invalid, risky and catch-all addresses so they don't cost you bounces.

Dedicated IP

Send from an IP address that only your mail uses, so nobody else's habits affect your reputation.

Campaigns and Replies

Write sequences, send them from your warmed inboxes, and answer every reply from one shared inbox.

Deals

Turn interested replies into deals and track them through to a yes, without another tool.

Ask Basil

An assistant who reads the DNS so you don't have to.

Basil knows your domains, mailboxes and campaigns. Ask why placement dipped, which inboxes are ready, or what to fix first, and get an answer you can act on.

Why did hellobrightloop.com drop to 88% this week?
B
Its DMARC record changed on Tuesday and now has a typo, so some providers can't read it. I can draft the corrected record for you to paste into your DNS.

Your next campaign deserves a warm inbox.
